Great deal for such a lovely and customizable digital print. Exactly what I was looking for. Seller was very kind and even checked in to make sure I was happy and able to get what I wanted. 1 out of 5 starsSeller was rude and condescending when I reached out about her listing being unclear for not listing which parts of the invitation were editable. She refused to address this issue for me and tried to make me pay her for a custom design instead. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HER!!

Hi Jennifer, I apologize if I came off as rude or condescending in our message exchange. That was never my intention, I am always more than happy to work with customers when a purchase didn't go as planned. Sometimes we are able to work something out but other times the best option is a refund and looking for something that better fits the needs of the buyer. I offered a refund multiple times (and eventually refunded you) because I understood the misunderstanding associated with your purchase. I provided the option for you choose a refund or pay for a custom invitation. I cannot provide a free custom invitation since I need to be compensated for my time designing. I'm sorry we couldn't reach a resolution that made both parties happy. Hope you were able to find an invitation that met your specific needs. Chrissy
