I'm in love with this beautiful, custom made stingray. I ordered this for my new nephew, and it will be difficult to give away, as I want to keep it for myself! The yarn colors that I selected were taupe with turquoise spots, which were true to their online representation. It also arrived much quicker than expected. My only complaint would be that it came in a plastic bag, which I think is unnecessary and wasteful, as I strive to be #plasticfree.

Hi, my name is Adriana. My Etsy shop and handmade business, Adrialys Handmade, was founded in 2012 when I started working full time as a designer and creator in North Carolina.

All of my family members are crafty and I learned to crochet and knit at a young age. The name Adrialys is a combination of my name and my mother's name, Alicia. I am extremely thankful to her for teaching me so many years ago and for always supporting me in everything I do. This shop is a dream come true and combines two of the things I love most- animals and crochet.

We offer animals from all over the world! Our stuffed animals are popular for a variety of events such as baby showers, birthdays, graduations, Christmas, Valentine's Day and even Mother's Day. They are loved by all big and small. We offer embroidered yarn eyes that are baby safe so you don't have to worry about the safety of your baby when playing with their new toy.

We welcome custom orders. If you are interested in an animal not yet available in shop, there is a good chance we will be able to make if for you. Send us a message here on Etsy and we can discuss details.

Welcome to Adrialys Handmade! We crochet animals from all over the world. They make great gifts for babies, children and adults! We mostly offer made to order items but have ready to ship items available if you are looking for a quick present. We work hard to make top quality products you will love.

● We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date. Once we drop it off at the post office its out of our control how long it takes to arrive.
● We offer combined shipping to save you money when buying multiple items.

● I only ship to address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses.
● Be sure to verify your address- I will ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. This includes PayPal addresses.

● PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges not included in item price or shipping charges.
● International buyers are responsible for any and all charges related to delivery, including, but not limited to, clearance and/or customs fees, duties and/or taxes, and any brokerage fees that may be charged.
● Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

● We cannot represent international shipments as gifts. Purchases must be accurately described and valued at the full sales price.
● Some countries include package ID’s. These are not tracking numbers but parcel numbers to confirm your shipment.
● Insurance is not included in shipping cost. If you would like to add insurance, message me and I can give you a quote.

● While we are not responsible for errors made by the Post Office, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification e-mail (6 weeks international), please contact me via Etsy and we will look into your order details and can assist you in getting it straightened out with USPS.
● Package marked "delivered" but you didn't receive it, follow these steps:
1. Check with: Spouses/roommates, Back door, Side door, Neighbors, Apt. manager's office, condo sales office, security desk, doorman, etc.
2. Contact your local post office. Check to see if it's being held at the post office. Its better if you contact your local office as they will have more accurate information.
3. Speak to mail carrier. The package may still be in the truck. The scanners they use have GPS so they will be able to see exactly where the item was delivered.
● Most packages can be located by doing the steps above. If its not then it may have been stolen and you will need to complete the following steps before receiving a replacement.
● Should all attempts fail to locate your package, you will be required to file a police report in addition to required affidavits, BEFORE replacement is sent.
1. File a police report with your local police department.
2.. Report the theft to the Postal Inspection Service. If it comes to this contact me so I can give you details needed to file the report. You will receive a receipt showing the complaint form has been submitted to USPS. Once I receive a copy of the receipt I can send your replacement.

● USPS First Class Mail or USPS First Class International Mail does not come with insurance.
-- Packages can be insured through Ship Insurance.
-- Message me prior to ordering for a quote.
● USPS Priority Mail domestic packages include insurance.
● A claim will be filled if item is not located.
● If package is damaged, the buyer will need to assist in filling the claim.
-- DO NOT discard package. USPS will need proof of damage.
-- You will need to fill out the required affidavit(s) BEFORE replacement is sent.

Refunds and Exchanges
● We encourage you to read the descriptions carefully so there is no confusion.
● We list as much information as possible for each item.
● We will be happy to provide additional photos if needed.
● We can answer any questions you may have.
● We inspect each item for quality assurance before shipping.
● We do our best to make sure everything is correct before shipping but we are only human and mistakes can happen. In which case we will do the best we can to fix the problem.
● Please check your package as soon as you receive it. If we sent you an incorrect item or have missed an item, message us right away.
-- Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order.
-- We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames stated within our policies.
● Customer service is our #1 goal and we want you to be satisfied.

Custom order sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be given.

We do not offer refunds.

● Item must be in original unopened condition and packaging. No stains, smells or animal hairs.
● Exchange for item of equal value.
● Changed your mind but nothing is wrong with the item: You are responsible for additional shipping cost.
-- This includes shipping the item back to me via USPS Priority or First Class mail with delivery confirmation within 5 days of receiving the item.
-- Shipping cost of the new item to you. I will invoice you the additional shipping cost. This must be paid and the original item received before shipping out the new item.
● If there was an error on my part, such as sending the wrong item, please contact me immediately.
-- Photo proof of my mistake will be needed.
-- You will pay for return shipping to me via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. The cost will be refunded to you once I receive the item.
-- I will re-ship the correct item at my expense.

{ Eye Options for Toys }
Plastic Safety Eyes are considered a choking hazard for children less than 3 years and pets. Embroidered yarn eyes are considered baby safe and are recommended for children under 3.

{ Colors }
I do my best to represent colors accurately, but they may vary slightly when viewed on different monitors. If I can't get an item to photograph in the correct color (reds & purples can be difficult) then I will let you know in the description if it’s actually a little litter or darker than the picture shows. Of course this may vary since not all monitors are the same.

{ Notes to Seller }
Please know I cannot guarantee to honor requests left in the “Notes to Seller” box that appears during checkout. If you have a special request you would like to inquire about please send me an etsy message prior to purchasing. If it’s something I am able to do, I’ll be happy to do so.

{ Order Changes }
Due to processing times and inventory counts, I cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to review your order before submitting.

{ Cancellations }
If you want to cancel your order you must do so within 12 hours of purchasing. After that you will not be able to cancel your order. Items ship within 1-3 days can orders cannot be cancelled after item ships. I do not offer refunds. Please be sure about your order before submitting it.

Custom and personalized orders

Turnaround time for custom orders vary. If you are interested in a custom order send me a message and we can discuss the details. The time it takes to complete the item will depend on the difficulty and if I have to design it from scratch or use an existing design.

Basic customization's for toys include color changes, plastic safety eyes or embroidered yarn eyes. If there is an animal you are looking for that isn't available in my shop I might be able to make you one.

Care instructions

Fiber content vary and so do the instructions on how to care for your items. Care instructions are provided on a tag attached to your item. You can also find them in your item description.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items include a picture of how the item is packaged as the last picture of each listing.

Toys are packaged in clear gift bags tied with curly ribbon no extra gift wrap necessary!

Handwritten personal notes can be added to your items by leaving your note in the "Notes to Seller" at checkout.

Wholesale availability

Due to the nature of our items we are not able to do wholesale like many other shops. Each item is made by hand and takes hours of work. If you buy 1 or 20 there is no way to cut down the time so we cannot offer traditional wholesale discounts. We offer up to 15% off depending on the items and the quantity purchased. If you would like more information, send us a message and we can discuss the details.

Sizing details

Each item is given an approximate measurement. Make sure to read the description before purchasing. If you are interested in a different size send us a message and we may be able to make it for you.

Coupons, Sales, Large Order Discounts

Coupon codes must be entered into the “Apply coupon code” link at checkout for us to validate it. Coupon codes entered in the notes sections cannot be applied. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to purchases made before discount was offered, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order had been placed.

Can I ask for custom requests in "NOTES TO SELLER"?

We ask that you please contact us about custom request prior to placing your order. Please know I cannot guarantee to honor requests left in the “Notes to Seller” box that appears during checkout. If you have a special request you would like to inquire about please send me an etsy message prior to purchasing. If it’s something I am able to do, I’ll be happy to do so.

Color selections and personal notes can be left in the Notes to Seller with no need for additional contact.

I need my item quick! Can I get my item by a specific date?

We try our best to ship out items as fast as possible but once we drop it off a the post office its out of our control how long it takes. Therefore we cannot guarantee arrival by specific dates. We advise buying your items as much in advance as you can.
