Adorable stuffed animals loved by all big and small!

Hi, my name is Adriana. My Etsy shop and handmade business, Adrialys Handmade, was founded in 2012 when I started working full time as a designer and creator in North Carolina.

All of my family members are crafty and I learned to crochet and knit at a young age. The name Adrialys is a combination of my name and my mother's name, Alicia. I am extremely thankful to her for teaching me so many years ago and for always supporting me in everything I do. She is the creator of many of the items you will find in our shop. This shop is a dream come true and combines two of the things I love most- animals and crochet.

We offer animals from all over the world! Our stuffed animals are popular for a variety of events such as baby showers, birthdays, graduations, Christmas, Valentine's Day and even Mother's Day. They are loved by all big and small. We offer embroidered yarn eyes that are baby safe so you don't have to worry about the safety of your baby when playing with their new toy.

We welcome custom orders. If you are interested in an animal not yet available in shop, there is a good chance we will be able to make if for you. Send us a message here on Etsy and we can discuss details.

Welcome to Adrialys Handmade! We crochet animals from all over the world. They make great gifts for babies, children and adults! We mostly offer made to order items but have ready to ship items available if you are looking for a quick present. I work hard to make top quality products you will love.

If you have any questions about my items or about the possibility of me making you a custom item, feel free to contact me. I try to respond within 24 hours.

Payment
SALES TAX: Due to state tax laws, we are required to charge local sales tax only in North Carolina.

I accept debit/credit card payments through PayPal and Direct Checkout.

Payment is due at the time of order not at the time of shipment.
If you are paying via PayPal please make sure to complete your checkout process.

If we have discussed a custom order, I will make you an individual listing. It’s required that you purchase this listing before work on your custom order begins.

If payment is not received, order will be canceled within 3 days.
Shipping
{ Processing }
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained.

Orders placed Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. I do not do same day shipping.

All toys and items that can be squished are mailed in a cardboard box which adds weight and cost more to ship. Flat items are sent in poly mailers to save on shipping cost.

Packaging material cost is included in the shipping price as its part of shipping.

I personally drop off packages at the post office.

{ Combined Shipping }
I offer combined shipping to save you money when buying multiple items.

{ Split Shipping }
I only ship to address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses.

{ Returned Mail }
Be sure to verify your address because:
-I will ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. This includes PayPal addresses.
-Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of buyer.

{ Custom Orders }
Your entire order will ship together. If ordering ready to ship items with a custom order, please consider placing a separate order if you prefer not to wait on them to ship with the custom orders. Custom orders take 7-10 days to make and ship out.

{ Confirmation messages }
Customers will receive a confirmation message when order is placed. A second message will be sent when order has shipped. This will include tracking information if located in the United States. Messages are send through Etsy.

{ Domestic Orders- USA }
Items shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3-5 days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Especially around the holidays, packages may take longer to arrive. Please note estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping method is based on weight. Items weighting less than 13oz are mailed First Class and items weighing 13 oz or more are mailed Priority.

If you would like an alternate shipping method please message me before checkout to discuss the details. You are responsible for paying the complete cost of shipping.

{ International Orders }
Items shipped via United States Postal Service First Class International Mail with estimated delivery of 2-5 weeks. Delivery time varies due to customs and international climate and can take way longer than expected. If you would like to purchase more than one item, I offer combined shipping. Please message me for a quote.

PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. International buyers are responsible for any and all charges related to delivery, including, but not limited to, clearance and/or customs fees, duties and/or taxes, and any brokerage fees that may be charged. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These fees are levied by your country and have nothing to do with my shop.

We cannot represent international shipments as gifts. Purchases must be accurately described and valued at the full sales price.

Some countries include package ID’s. These are not tracking numbers but parcel numbers to confirm your shipment.

{ Lost/Damaged by Post Office }
We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification e-mail (6 weeks international), please contact me via Etsy and we will look into your order details and can assist you in getting it straightened out with USPS. You will need to do your part in contacting your local post office for assistance as well.

All USPS Priority Mail domestic packages include insurance. A claim will be filled if the item is not located. If package is damaged, the buyer will have to assist in filling the claim. Please do not discard package. USPS will need proof of damage.

Domestic USPS First Class and USPS First Class International orders can be insured through U-PIC insurance. To purchase insurance contact me prior to ordering. A claim will be filled if the item is not located. If package is damaged, please do not discard package. Proof of damage will be needed. In the event that your package is damaged, or is missing in shipping, you will need to fill out the required affidavit(s) BEFORE replacement, or refund.

Should your package show "delivered", but you have not received it, you should contact your local post office. Should all attempts fail to locate your package, you will be required to file a police report in addition to required affidavits, BEFORE replacement or refund.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Refunds and Exchanges
We love what we do and we want you to love your items. Your business is greatly appreciated and I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback.

We list as much information as possible for each item and I check for imperfections before mailing. I encourage you to read the descriptions carefully so there is no confusion. If you would like additional photos of the item before purchasing contact me, I will be happy to provide them for you. If you have any questions that are not answered in the description please feel free to ask me.

Custom order sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be given.

I do not offer refunds.

I will gladly exchange an item given the item is in its original condition. I exchange for items of equal value. If there is nothing wrong with the item and you are the one who changed your mind, you are responsible for additional shipping cost. This includes return shipping of the item you wish to exchange and shipping of your new item. I will only accept exchanges on brand new unwashed/unworn items with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair in the original packaging. Exchanged items will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be shipped back with delivery confirmation. To request an exchange, contact me to discuss further details.

If there was an error on my part, such as sending the wrong item, please contact me immediately. I will need a photo as proof of my mistake. You will need to pay for return shipping but this will be refunded once I receive the item. Item will need to be shipped with delivery confirmation. I will then re-ship the correct item at my expense.

Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons please make sure and check your order when it is received. I do my best to make sure that it is correct before I send it out, but mistakes do happen. If you find I have sent you an incorrect item or have missed an item, please message me and let me know. Customer service is my #1 goal and I want you to be satisfied.

Please notify us within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames stated within our policies.

{ Eye Options for Toys }
Plastic Safety Eyes are considered a choking hazard for children less than 3 years and pets. Embroidered yarn eyes are considered baby safe and are recommended for children under 3.

{ Colors }
I do my best to represent colors accurately, but they may vary slightly when viewed on different monitors. If I can't get an item to photograph in the correct color (reds & purples can be difficult) then I will let you know in the description if it’s actually a little litter or darker than the picture shows. Of course this may vary since not all monitors are the same.

{ Notes to Seller }
Please know I cannot guarantee to honor requests left in the “Notes to Seller” box that appears during checkout. If you have a special request you would like to inquire about please send me an etsy message prior to purchasing. If it’s something I am able to do, I’ll be happy to do so.

{ Order Changes }
Due to processing times and inventory counts, I cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to review your order before submitting.

{ Cancellations }
If you want to cancel your order you must do so within 12 hours of purchasing. After that you will not be able to cancel your order. Items ship within 1-3 days can orders cannot be cancelled after item ships. I do not offer refunds. Please be sure about your order before submitting it.

{ Coupon Codes }
Coupon codes must be entered into the “Apply coupon code” link at checkout for us to validate it. Coupon codes entered in the notes sections cannot be applies. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to purchases made before discount was offered, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order had been placed.

Custom and personalized orders

Turnaround time for custom orders vary. If you are interested in a custom order send me a message and we can discuss the details. The time it takes to complete the item will depend on the difficulty and if I have to design it from scratch or use an existing design.

Basic customization's for toys include color changes, plastic safety eyes or embroidered yarn eyes. If there is an animal you are looking for that isn't available in my shop I might be able to make you one.

Care instructions

Fiber content vary and so do the instructions on how to care for your items. Care instructions are provided on a tag attached to your item. You can also find them in your item description.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items include a picture of how the item is packaged as the last picture of each listing.

Toys are packaged in clear gift bags tied with curly ribbon no extra gift wrap necessary!

Cup Cozies and Bows are secured to card stock and put inside a clear bag.

Handwritten personal notes can be added to your items by leaving your note in the "Notes to Seller" at checkout.

Wholesale availability

For wholesale inquiries please send me an Etsy message. Wholesale availability is limited as each one of our items takes several hours to make there is only a limited amount we can make in a month.

Sizing details

Each item is given an approximate measurement. Make sure to read the description before purchasing. If you are interested in a different size send us a message and we may be able to make it for you.
