If you are unhappy with your purchase, I want to make things right! Please contact me with details, and I will do everything I can to get it straightened out for you.

Due to their nature, all digital and custom orders are final sale. No refunds or returns.

Payment

I accept PayPal payments as well as all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, but you don’t need to create an account to check out.

Shipping

Once full payment is received, pre-made items will ship within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Shipping times for custom orders will be determined on request. I will notify you if there are any delays.

I ship through USPS first class mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. If you would like insurance, please let me know before you place your order. Additional fees apply.

International shipping is available, but I cannot guarantee your package will arrive by a certain date. Please allow an estimated 2–4 weeks for international delivery (varies by destination, time of year and customs.) I am not responsible for any additional customs tariffs or charges your country might impose on your package nor can I predict what that might be.
