One of the earrings got crushed in the shipping process- not by fault of the artist but by usps hands. Like seriously, they had to have deliberately attacked the box in order for an earring to break, based both on the size of the box and the packaging within. The artist was so sweet and offered to send a new pair, even though the shipping error wasn’t their doing. And the earrings were PERFECT.
