    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the item that you purchased through our store, returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your garment.
    Please contact us for return approval prior to sending item back. After the 14 day time period no returns will be accepted.
    The item must be returned in as-new condition. Please make sure when shipping the item back that it is properly packaged, insured to her price and marked as a gift.

    *Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be made if you have simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/design, damaged the item or shows any bad signs of having been used.

    Please allow up to 5 business days upon receipt of your item to process to a refund. Any refunds that are made will be done so through PayPal.
    Conditions of returns
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    I can't accept returns for:
    -Custom or personalized orders
    -Intimate items (for hygienic reasons)
    -Items on sale

    I don't accept cancellations
    But if you have any problems with your order, please contact me.

    We are not responsible for a item made to incorrect measurements supplied by customer or if customer changes weight/size after an order is placed. Or if a packaged is returned-to-sender due to non-delivery, wrong address or another reason, the buyer assumes the shipping costs of having it returned to them again. Of course, AeriënCouture would be happy to assist in any way possible in order to help settle any problems caused by the postal services.

    *PROCESSING AND SHIPPING*
    We send all the items by DHL Express y TNT Express (Metrópoli Cuatro).
    The manufacturing/processing time will be specified in the description of all products.
    Processing time for small accessory orders like circlets take 1-3 business days.
    Once ready the item to send, the shipping time aprox. is:
    - Europe: 1 – 3 days
    - EEUU / Canadá: 2 – 4 days
    - Australia: 3 – 5 days

    Aeriën Couture not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages.

    When you are notified that your order has been shipped, that messages will include your tracking number.
