Additional policies and FAQs
We here at Aethertech Industries understand that entropy happens. Hence we are often willing to do repairs (within reason) provided that you cover shipping, up to six months after your purchase. In the event of catastrophic product failure: this does not mean full item replacement! Backing your steam engine over your goggles or similar mishaps shall be considered Beyond Repair... but, send us an image of your damaged item and we shall give you our appraisal of the likelihood of repair prior to commiting to shipping: it may not be as bad as you think.
