Returns and exchanges
All sales are final unless the fabric is damaged, in which case please contact us immediately (within 30 days of purchase.) Thank You!
We accept Paypal, Money Order, or Personal Check. All checks can be made out to A Yarn Outlet. We allow 3 business days for all checks to clear before shipping your order.

Florida Residents and/or items being shipped to a Florida address:
You will be charged 6.5% for sales tax. This amount will be added to your total when you checkout at Paypal.
Please note that I ship to the ETSY address, not the PayPal address. If you wish to have your fabric shipped to a different address please add a note to seller during the checkout process or convo/email me.

All Domestic purchases come with delivery confirmation. Insurance and / or signature confirmation is also available upon request for an additional fee. If you would like to purchase insurance and / or signature confirmation, please convo/email me prior to placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL - First Class Mail / Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes
Unfortunately the USPS does not track these packages once they leave the US and delivery confirmation is not available.

Insurance is also available upon request. Please convo/email me about this prior to placing your order.

In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once the fabric is shipped. While we will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. We encourage our customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery. Customers should allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery once package has been shipped before contacting us on an undelivered package.

The customer is responsible for any fees incurred through customs.
