A Fan Affair accepts credit cards and personal checks.
When paying by check your items will not be shipped until the payment clears the bank.
If you decide to cancel your order please contact me immediately.
If the item hasn't shipped yet you can get a complete refund. If the item has already shipped you will get a refund minus shipping costs when the item is returned in the same condition as it was when it was shipped.
I ship within two days of receiving payment.
All items ship via USPS first class mail and take between 3-5 days.
You can request a shipping upgrade to priority mail (2-3days). Priority mail costs $6 in the U.S. International buyers please email for a shipping upgrade quote.

If you are unhappy with you order please contact me.
I can't fix it if I don't know about it.
My goal is to make jewelry that you love as much as I do. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me and we will work it out.
