I accept Paypal (credit cards and checking account payments) & payments via Etsy Gift Cards at this time. PLEASE send payment within 3 days, unless arrangements are made prior to the sale. Paypal is the best and fastest way for you to receive your package. Work will not commence on custom items until payment AND measurements have been received. I need all the information so I can work quickly and efficiently. I reserve the right to cancel an order for non-payment & relist the item.

Orders will be shipped according to the timelines below after payment has been received & cleared. Custom orders will begin to be worked on once payment has been received & cleared.
I will always ship to your paypal address unless you make sure to notify me of a different address! Thank you!

All ready-made items will be shipped in 3-5 business days of receiving a cleared payment. All CUSTOM-MADE items will be shipped within 4 weeks of receiving a cleared payment & any necessary measurements (in other words, if it takes 2 weeks for me to receive your measurements, the 4-week turn-around time doesn't apply until I receive them). If more than one CUSTOM-MADE item is purchased at the same time, one week per additional item is added to the timeline.

All shipping costs listed with an item are for USPS First Class Mail with insurance (usually takes 2-5 days for arrival after item is shipped within the US). Items are shipped with insurance to protect both buyer & seller in the event that the item is damaged or lost during shipment, as well as to provide a tracking number to locate & track the package/item. Shipping costs also include handling & packaging (besides just postage costs).

If you want/need it sooner than above time frame, please email for timeline confirmation and for a shipping quote PRIOR to purchasing your item. I will do my best to accommodate your needs along with any other current orders that I may have. Depending on the time frame, orders needed sooner than 3-4 weeks may be charged a RUSH handling fee in addition to the higher postage costs & depends entirely on schedule availability.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to love the items that you purchase from Afet. We will gladly repair or replace any item that is deemed defective. These are handmade items and may contain slight irregularities.

Please look closely at images and read descriptions so you are aware of what you are purchasing.

Returns and refunds cannot be accepted for sizing issues if the garment has been washed or worn or on items made with custom measurements.

Please send a convo for detailed sizing information. Personalized items cannot be returned unless there was an error on my part.

Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

All sales to NORTH CAROLINA residents will be subject to a 4.75% Sales tax, per state regulations.

Most items are custom-made to order, so please keep in mind that I will be contacting you for needed measurements and the timely-ness of your item relies upon receiving those measurements from you as soon as possible. The 3 or 4-week outshipment timeframe for custom orders applies *after* I receive payment & all of the information required for your item(s).

If a SPECIAL ORDER item is listed for you, payment for that listing must be received within one week of the listing date or the listing will be removed. Any discounts, time frame(s) and/or services offered/promised in that Special Order listing will expire at the time that the listing is removed.
