beautiful items- always a treat coming back to buy more gifts

Pretty cool ring. I love the antiqued part mixed with shiny silver and gold. I am a mycologist so I loved this idea!
I am an Australian designer, currently based in Athens, Greece. I have a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Visual Arts, majoring in printmaking and with a minor in painting. I have completed a Certificate IV in Jewellery Design and Manufacture.
My themes all start in the natural world, especially the unusual shapes of fungi, succulent plants, seeds and pods, plankton and coral. I have an ongoing infatuation with certain historical botanists.
For news and announcements, check out my blog-
one of these days I might update it so you wont want to miss that.
If you'd like to know more about me and my work, you can check out my featured seller interview-
for the best way to store your jewellery:
in another life I was probably a botanist.
Some of the items in my shop are made with a process called lost wax casting. I create the models in wax, and have them cast into metal at a local workshop here in Athens.
ArtMind.etsy.com Mitsy is a ceramicist working in Belgium. We have collaborated on a number of projects, Mitsy creates the porcelain components of the jewellery in her workshop in Belgium, and I turn these into finished pieces of jewellery.
The bamboo wood pieces in my shop are laser cut from my own original designs.
The work you see here is a collection of limited production and one off pieces, as well as various experiments in colour and material.
If you have any questions, please do send me a message, either through Etsy, or you can email me at hello-at-annafatovich-dot-com
I will always respond to your message, always within 24 hours of my receiving it- usually less. Occasionally emails or Etsy convos get lost in cyberspace, so if you haven't heard from me after a day or two, feel free to message me again!
Accepted payment methods
For those new to Etsy, here is a handy guide to the checkout process: http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php
My shipping charges include postage and handling.
Everything listed for sale on my site is an already completed object and so once payment is received your package goes straight into the post.
Please make sure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses match.
I ship all items purchased the next working day from the day they are purchased- excluding public holidays, strikes & other special circumstances, when they will be sent the following working day.
Usual shipping times in my experience are as follows:
Inside Greece 2-3 working days
Continental Europe 3-5 working days
UK 4-5 working days
and the rest of the world 10-15 working days.
*At Christmas time the post can run a bit slower than usual due to the rush and bad weather. I recommend allowing an extra week for shipping if you order in December.
These figures are just averages and anomalies do occur. The postal system is a strange creature with an odd sense of humor and I cannot guarantee any item to arrive on any specific day.
In some countries, buyers are subject to customs taxes and duties on items shipped from international locations. I am in no way responsible for these taxes and duties, and they shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
It is also the responsibility of the buyer to know whether certain materials are allowed into their country. I cannot be held responsible for items being confiscated or destroyed by customs (hint hint Australia and New Zealand.)
I am very proud to use as much recycled packaging as possible for the items I send.
Jewellery pieces are generally shipped in kraft card gift boxes, in a small nest of wool. If you have a wool allergy or prefer a vegan option please let me know!
I have one other shop,
my 2D work: lilarubykingshop.etsy.com
if you wish to do combined shipping on items from these shops, just send me a message!
