Aged Simplicity accepts payment through Paypal. Payment within 24 hours is greatly appreciated. If no payment or contact has been made within 24 hours, the item will be relisted.

However, if you need more time because of extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we'll work with you!
Orders will be securely packaged and shipped within 1-3 days of payment to the address provided on Paypal. I do my best to package items beautifully and pass along little "extras" with every purchase.

US orders are shipped via USPS Priority or USPS Parcel, depending on item. Books are shipped Media Mail or First Class. Please allow up to 7-14 days for delivery.

All orders will be shipped by the least expensive option. A friendly reminder that any customs fees incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of your country's tax regulations, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping rates are estimates only. Should there be any substantial shipping overages ($1 or greater) please be assured that you will be issued a refund via Paypal.

Combined shipping is available.

Although this has not been a problem, I cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail. I keep an online label record for proof of shipment. If you would like your package insured, let me know when you place your order and I will adjust your shipping cost to reflect the new rate.
Refunds and Exchanges
Vintage items are final and sold in "as is" condition. Vintage items, by nature, will have some wear and tear. That's the beauty of vintage items I think! I do my best to accurately describe and photograph them.

Please feel free to ask any questions you have about a product before your purchase.

But we're flexible; in certain instances (which will be determined on a case by case basis) we will accept exchanges for an item of equal value (customer pays shipping).
