Frequently asked questions
Digital items
After purchasing a digital download you will receive a message which includes a link to your download. The photo will not have a watermark on the download when payment has been received. You will receive access to a high-resolution JPG file.
It is highly recommended that you print a sample picture before you go with the final large-scale print. this way you can test your printer settings and calibrate the device. You can also contact your local print shop which will deliver full service to you.
Please be aware that digital items are not returnable due to their nature.
