Returns and exchanges
Full refunds will be given if requested before the order is shipped.
We accept payment through ETSY's direct checkout or paypal, both offer credit/debit card payment. Etsy gift cards can also be used through Etsy direct checkout.
We ship via USPS within 1-2 business days after your payment has cleared.

We use USPS First Class mail and has a typical delivery time of 2-5 business days, however it can take up to 10 business days.

All orders are handmade to order, after your order is placed.

We ship to the address provided at the time of checkout. In the event of an incorrect address is used, please contact us ASAP and we will change the address if the order has not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address nor are we able to control of the package after it is given to USPS. All orders include a USPS tracking number.

In the event that your order is returned to sender, we are happy to ship your order to you again however you will have to pay the repeat shipping costs. If this happens, please send us a convo and we will give you instructions.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International mail, and have a typical delivery time of 6-10 business days, but can take up to 21 days. Tracking is not available on international orders unless a shipping upgrade is purchased. Please contact us before you make your purchase if you wish to upgrade your shipping.

It's the customer’s responsibility to pay any type of import and/or tax fee that your country imposes as these fees are unique to your country. Please contact your local post office to learn more. For those of you in the UK can read more about it here:

If there is a problem with your order please convo us before leaving feedback so that we have the opportunity to correct the situation.

If we make a mistake with your order we will do all we can to fix it.

If your order is lost please check with your Postal Carrier. Our packages do not fit in most mail boxes. Many times the carrier will leave a note that delivery was attempted. If you do not get a note, you may need to speak with the postal carrier.
