Welcome in my shop. My name is Andrea, leatherworker since 2012. I'll be very happy to help you to obtain the perfect piece for your costumes.
Update March2017: I've moved to Australia for 1 year, for work reasons. All products and listing will be shipped from Melbourne.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I can offer refund over normal listing listed in my shop, if they're bought without any change. The shipping cost for returning pieces is covered by you !
I won't offer refund for custom orders, due to the time of production, the specifically requests you made for creating it and the size of the product.
If you're unhappy about your order, if there is any problems, do not hesitate to contact me. I'll assist you for finding a solution.
Usually returning the pieces for fixing is the best solution I can offer.
Payment
Payment can be made through Etsy's Direct Checkout or through Paypal. Items will go into production after payment is completed.
Shipping
We shipping in all World with Australian Post or DHL (express service)
Shipping time will take usually 5/6 working days. For urgent shipping I can send with express shipping courier service (DHL express 2/3 days) but remember that is comport an increased price. (you can find the option in shipping conditions)
If you need a different range of shipping please contact me and will find the suitable solution for you.

Normal shipping are sent with AusPost with tracked package with a 5 working days of shopping.
Additional policies and FAQs
I offer you a guarantee of 1 year, including the service of my products. The guarantee covers breaking of the rivets, clasps, and belts, and tears of the leather. The guarantee does not cover broken fastening lacings and damage resulting from our products being improperly used.

All shipment costs connected with complaints are cover by the client, unless my request due to my production fault.
