The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
No returns on food or fermented products such as kefir grains and kombucha starter. They are perishable, LIVING beings and I cannot control how they are treated in shipment or in your care. Please be advised that heat and cold can and will change the integrity of the product.

I make ALL EFFORTS to represent my work accurately. however, if there are any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible. I will do my utmost to rectify the situation. Exchanges/purchase price refunds are offered within a reasonable time frame for damaged or missing works, or works that do not reasonably meet your expectations. It is recommended that you request insurance and a tracking number for a fee, otherwise everything is sent out regular air mail.
Payment
Using PayPal:
When you use paypal, Etsy requires you pay immediately. it's *greatly* appreciated when you adhere to this rule :) if you have any special circumstances that will not allow you to pay immediately, please contact me as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.
Shipping
Your items are always packaged in a way as to ensure they will get to you safely and securely! I often make my own envelopes, but otherwise please be aware that whenever possible I recycle cardboard, bubble wrap, protective coverings, envelopes and other packing materials that still have life in them in order to save you money; it's also super great for the environment! Fermented foods such as kefir and kombucha starter are packaged in heat-sealed BPA-free plastic.

-parcels are shipped at lowest rate available approximately 3 days after payment is received. Within Canada, Canada Post delivery times are appx 4-14 days, but sadly i cannot guarantee their shipping times. quicker methods are available at a higher cost; convo me for a quote! PLEASE NOTE that shipping costs are significantly higher here in Canada than in the United States. I cannot control these costs and they change often. I will do my best to package my products in such a way that will keep your costs as low as possible.

-if you are ordering from outside of Canada, please be aware that delivery times cannot be guaranteed b/c i cannot control how long customs holds parcels. You, the buyer, are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with customs, thank you for your understanding.
