The one I bought here makes the other one really look cheap. I'm so glad I found this shop. My new order will be my third purchase. You will not be disappointed!

What is your return policy?
Please note all the items in the store are custom made per order so please make sure you order the right size/color. If an item is faulty, please send a clear picture of the item where the flaw is visible. A new item will be sent to you.
I would like the item in a different color. What should I do?
Please add the colors requested on the note to seller box you will see at checkout. We will send a mock-up to your Etsy convo, within 48 hours. Please make sure to confirm it.
How do I customize an order?
1. Add the item(s) you would like to purchase in your shopping cart
2. Visit your shopping cart
3. Under the items added you will find a small personalization field where you could put all the information in regard to personalization.
If you miss that field - no worries! Place your order and message me back with your customization details. I'll add the information where it is needed.
