All photo and art prints are treated as custom orders and are printed at the time of payment. Therefore no refunds will be issued for these items.

For damaged prints due to shipping or concealed damage, contact me within 2 days of receiving as the lab must be notified within 72 hours of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Contact me immediately for information on returning your item.

Some photography prints have texture work applied, this is done on purpose for effect and no refunds will be issued for this reason.

There are no refunds for Digital Download purchases.

Physical products will be processed after 24 hours. You may cancel an order up to 24 hours. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours.

We are not shipping physical prints at this time.

We are only able to ship within the U.S and APO military/government addresses.

All photographic prints and artwork are shipped directly from the lab within 1-3 days via USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS. This does not include this shops processing time.

Photographic prints and art prints can now be sent to APO addresses via USPS shipping. Please be aware that although a tracking number may be assigned, once the package leaves the USPS hands state-side, the tracking number will no longer be followeExpect packages to take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your local Post Office may be able to locate the package using the tracking number if the package is delayed.

Matted and Framed prints cannot be shipped internationally to APO addresses. These products are only sent within the US.

All Canvas prints are shipped directly from the lab via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. Lab processing time is 3 business days. This does not include this shops processing time. Shipping time varies, but tends to be about 7 days stateside. Canvas prints can be shipped to APO addresses for an additional charge via UPS Sure Post, approximately $12 more depending on size and can take up to 30 business days. For a quote, please convo me. A separate paypal invoice will be sent for this charge. Order will not be processed until received.

All other items shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

If you do not see a desired size or material, please convo me to see if it is available. Most photos are available as prints or canvas gallery wrap.
