We understand that in the current economic climate that everyone is thinking more carefully about what they spend, and with this in mind we are open to discussion/reasonable offers if there is something that you really like but cannot quite afford. We would rather see our items go to loving homes than sitting in our house unused and unloved.

    This shop is maintained by two sisters based in London looking for a creative way to make things and bring in some money. All of our items are hand made by one or both of us and so are each highly individual and mostly one of a kind (unless we have more material to make a second item cos we liked the first so much). At present we are working with random scraps of fabric to create bags of different sizes that depend entirely on the scraps we can get our hands on. We have also taken up knitting due to space constraints so keep and eye out for our knitted additions! If you have comments/suggestions or some scrap fabric going please get in touch!

    We are also flexible on our prices, we would rather something sold to a loving home that have it sit in our house gathering dust unloved for a long time. Contact us and I'm sure we can come to a mutual arrangement!

    Returns and exchanges
    Although it does not happen very often, items do on occasions go missing in the post, if an item has not arrived within a reasonable time frame we will log a missing item complaint with Royal Mail with the hope to recieving a refund on postage costs and compensation to cover the loss of the item. We ask you to fill in any paperwork sent by Royal Mail to confirm the loss of the item and will refund you as soon as possible. We obviously cannot replace a missing item due to each items individuality.
    Payment
    We can only accept Paypal due to the currency difference.
    Shipping
    All items are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class or Airmail depending on the location shipped too. If Special, Recorded or International Signed for mail is prefered this will incure an additional charge. It is up to you.

    NB with the UK having all kinds of postal strike issues recorded delivery is adviseable. If you want this added to your item let us know and we will update the cost for you.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    We are happy to do custom orders in the form of any style of the items we have listed. If you know the fabric/wool you require and are willing to post it to us, or give us information on where it can be ordered online we will quote you a price which will include the cost of aquiring the fabric. Please note fabric/wool MUST be able to be shipped to the UK as that is where we are based.
