In order for me to list something here, I have to love it. That said, if you receive an item and you don't love it, contact me before leaving feedback.

Gift wrap: I'm happy to add a small amount of pizazz to your packaging normally, but if you want proper gift wrapping with a card and message inside, contact me and I will create a special listing for you. This will be only a fraction of what the big stores charge - and much better looking too!

Returns and exchanges
Again, if you receive an item and you don't love or there is something wrong with the order itself, please contact me before leaving feedback. Under normal circumstances, I would be happy to offer a refund, less the shipping paid.

For clothing, I will specifically list measurements. Please be sure to measure your child before ordering. If you are really unhappy with the fit and think you were sent the wrong size in error, contact me and perhaps we can work something out.
I prefer that you pay instantly through PayPal, but please pay no later than 5 days after purchase so that I can get things packed and shipped as soon as possible. In some cases, you may be using an eCheck via PayPal; I will need to wait for the eCheck to clear before processing the order (please note that PayPal states that this may take several days).
Some of my listings do not include certain countries - if you are having your items shipped somewhere other than the US or the UK you must convo me for a modified shipping charge.

I will usually ship items twice a week. If this is a problem, please contact me and we can work something out.

For purchases over $20, I will automatically include delivery confirmation and depending on the item, insurance - at no extra charge to the listing.

For items lost in the mail - CONTACT ME and perhaps I can do something to help. However, I will not offer a refund if the postal service is at fault.
