Custom and personalised orders
I am happy to take bespoke and customised orders, however, please note the processing time may take longer.
If you would like to customise one of my listed designs please contact me with details. This could be a different colour scheme, different types of fabric or ribbon and/or to add/takeaway original elements of my design e.g. adding pieces of personal jewellery.
Regarding custom orders, I am unable to refund or exchange as I begin to source supplies and materials immediately after receiving your deposit.
Please contact me prior to ordering to clearly work out all the details of your order and we will create it together exactly as you want it. Be sure to check our dispatch and delivery times before you purchase.
Refunds
As all my bouquets and accessories are made to order and custom made, refunds/returns are not accepted. If your items are damaged when you receive them you must contact me immediately.
Sizing details
I offer 5 size options to fit your desired bouquet vision. Please refer to the drop down menu in the listings for the sizes and associated costs.
The general recommendation for wedding bouquets is Bridal Bouquets are the best in sizes 7", 8" or 9" and Bridesmaids Bouquets in 5" or 6".
Payment
Payment is required in full or the option to pay with Klarna is available at checkout.
Care instructions
When you receive your bouquets and accessories please ensure you keep them in a safe, dry place and out of direct sunlight as this can cause fading and discolouration.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All my bouquets and accessories will be bubble wrapped and boxed to ensure you recieve your items in perfect condition.
