Bought this for a xmas present for my nephew. Apparently it did not leave his head for 48 hrs after unwrapping it, he even wore it to bed. Thanks for making me a cool auntie!

"I can do better..."

My shop started back when I went to Florida Supercon one year and saw abysmally bad hats being sold for insane prices. I'm glad to say my hats are much higher quality, and still less expensive than the same hats that drove me to make my own.

I could do better... and I did. My hats are a lot of labor, but I love the results. I'm always tweaking things to make a better product.

For me, the store started off as a way to supplement my income while I was taking care of my grandfather. Unfortunately he passed away just before our move to North Carolina, and it took me quite some time to get over his passing.

I'd like to think this shop is my tribute to him, as he always got a kick out of my weird hats.

    Just your average mad hatter/crafter. Got the nickname "The Brain Hat Guy" in the Florida crafting circle, and actually had a blast doing a few craft shows there before my move to North Carolina.

All items sold in this store are hand made by me, and a lot of time and effort go into each item you purchase. A note to those with allergies, there are two loving cats in my household who'd like nothing more than to get into my room where all the fabric is stored, but I keep them out of there entirely. I make it a point to keep things as allergen free as I can.

Payment
Due to popular demand, I now accept Paypal, Credit Cards, and Gift Cards! I ship only once payment is received and confirmed. (Please note, payment MUST clear before shipment... so expect delays if using anything besides Paypal for the time being) If this process is taking longer than usual I will try and contact you multiple times before cancelling out an order.
Shipping
I ship using USPS ground for most sales, and ship within three business days of confirmation of payment unless something unforeseen happens. If this is the case I will contact you to let you know of the delay. Items are usually made on demand, so the more complex the hat or order, the longer it takes me to make them. If you have a question on shipping, please drop me a line and I'll answer it ASAP.
Refunds and Exchanges
I always try and make sure the items are protected for their journey, but rest assured that if you have any problems I will do my best to fix them. Drop me a line describing the problem, then once we reach an agreement ship the item back to me and I will either fix or replace it for you if possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
Due to my getting set up here in North Carolina, I've decided to only sell what is already made for the time being. This means custom orders, sizes, etc are not available for the time being. That doesn't mean you can't request them though... so drop me a line and start up a conversation. At the very least it lets me know what people want, even if it's not a possibility at the moment.
