Awesome, lovely shawl. My inspiration in learning to weave myself. LOVE how soft it feels while wearing it too! Perfect!

Incredibly lovely scarf. The softest wool ever! Like a cloud. And the design is unique and funky with an unexpected shimmer - and I can't wait to wear it. Quick delivery, too! Thanks - I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

Three different voices, hopefully sounding in Akkord... :-)

hello and welcome to the collective shop of three yarn enthusiasts!
Akkord is a collective shop of three friends- mother and daughter duo Eva + Miss Smilla + School friend Andrea - three different approaches to fiber art.

Andrea, a.k.a WeaveArt, makes delicately detailed handwoven scarves and wraps. Every piece is handmade and unique - their creation is a joyful process and hopefully their new owners will experience that :-)

Eva creates woven artworks and art prints, and at night, she has her show on the local Blues Radio.

Miss Smilla works with all things crotchet, inspired by northern tales and designs, tribal art, and contemporary geometrics, from useful everyday handmade objects to fibre sculpture.

Andrea and Eva live in Budapest, Hungary, while Miss Smilla is based in Dundee, Scotland.
