OUTDOOR PILLOW PRICE INCREASES - You may notice that the cost of my outdoor pillows has increased. Unfortunately, my production and shipping costs have continued to rise, and as a small shop, I am unable to continue to offer some products without a price increase to cover my costs. I understand the continuing increase in the cost of goods is frustrating for all of us, and I appreciate your understanding.

5 out of 5 starsI was obsessed at first sight! Alice in Wonderland was one of the few programs I re-watched as a kid, especially the live-action from 1985. Seeing this brought back so much nostalgia, and I couldn't resist. Beautiful piece!

It's a lovely, well made, soft pillow that looks amazing on my couch. The print and art is clear, and with vibrant colors. Been using it every day since it arrived, and it's the perfect softness to cuddle up against. I also really love that I can easily wash it, and readily swap out the inner pillow form whenever I want (to clean, replace, or when I want a stiffer pillow/support). Very in love and looking forward to my next one! 🥰😁

Frequently asked questions
Are the images on every size print exactly the same?
The image on your print may vary slightly by size. In order to best accommodate various sizes, I have personally edited each print to show as much of the image as possible.
Why do you say you don't accept cancellations? What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Things happen! AKOA understands if you place an order you need to cancel. All orders are processed immediately to speed products to buyers as soon as possible, making cancellation difficult in most cases, and Etsy's system does not allow for a timeframe for allowing cancellations. If you placed an order you need to cancel, please let AKOA know as soon as possible. If cancellation is possible, AKOA will be happy to process that for you. If the order has already been filled, then a refund can be issued. If you receive your order and are unsatisfied, there is damage or you have another issue, please contact me within 14 days regarding a refund/return/exchange of the item.
Where will my print ship from?
Prints shipping to the US or Canada are drop-shipped from a third party printing company located outside Buffalo, NY.
Can I get a signed print?
Signed or limited edition prints may be available in the shop from time to time. Otherwise, all prints are drop shipped from a third party printer and do not allow for customization. If you would like to special order a signed print, or other customization, please contact me directly.
How quickly will my order ship?
Print orders shipping within the US and Canada are processed by a third party out of NY and ship within 1-4 business days.
US Prints are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, with an estimated (but not guaranteed) 2-8 business days delivery time. This method is free for every AKOA purchase. However buyers can choose to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground in checkout.
Original Art ships within 1-5 business days via (UPS Ground, USPS Ground or Fedex) UNLESS it is a custom order (such as an art commission or signed print.)
Where does my piece of original art ship from?
All original art ships from the AKOA studio in Colorado. Orders (excluding personalized and custom work) ships within 1-5 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Orders are carefully packaged to ensure shipment without damage. However, accidents during shipping do happen. If your order arrives in any way damaged, please contact me immediately regarding a replacement, repair or refund.
Canadian Shipping
UPDATE APRIL 2021 | Prints can now be shipped to buyers in Canada! Prints will be shipped to Canada using the most cost effective shipping method for the particular package. Most packages will be shipped via USPS International. However, some may be shipped via FedEx Ground. In all cases, a tracking number will be provided.
NOTE: Recipient is responsible for paying any importation duties or fees.
Will all my items arrive together?
Not necessarily. AKOA uses different printing companies for various items and each has its own processing time. If you have ordered both a pillow and a print, for example, they will each be processed separately and may therefore ship separately. If your items ship at different times, you will be provided a tracking number for each shipment.
I'm in the UK. When will I receive my print order?

Please allow for 5-7 days after you place your order for your order to ship. Once your order ships, please allow 10-12 business days for delivery. This is to fully comply with the VAT regulations for UK imports. You will still be able to track your order via Etsy. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.
