Hello, my name is Amy Kanka Valadarsky and I design and create fine jewelry under the brand AKVjewelry.

Jewelry to me is that place where art becomes truly intimate. After all, what can be more intimate than having something touching our body?

Beyond passing trends, I strive to create pieces of jewelry that I will be proud of, and my customers will cherish for many years.

Designing and creating the pieces is my passion.
The quality of material and craftsmanship - this is my commitment to you.
Craftsmanship shows in the details. The back of the piece, the clasp, the details you see only on the second look is what makes it worthwhile owning a handmade piece.

I design, create and sign every piece by myself. Even when I use cast parts, they would be made based on my design and every piece is hand finished and signed by me.
This is the reason my pieces will always be exclusive: either one of a kind or in very limited editions.

Many of my pieces make a statement or tell a story.
I am inspired by many things, but they all boil down to my love of nature. The curve of a leaf or a beautiful natural stone that looks so much like a Van Gogh painting.

I work in my own home studio in Israel - a real dream come true.
Overlooking the garden and surrounded by my design books as well as precious objects inherited from my grandmother - I truly do what I love to do, and I know this love becomes part of every piece I make.
