About Us
Welcome to A Lady & A Lumberjack! We are a husband (Josh - the lumberjack) and wife (Terra - the lady) team and all of our products are handmade by the two of us in our little shop in Phoenix, AZ. We live here with our favorite four-legged lady, Gladys the Great Dane. We also love the outdoors, so anytime that you don't find us in the shop, we're likely out exploring!
We started A Lady & A Lumberjack in 2013 as a fun way to share our creations and over the years have made many different things! Josh has found a love for woodworking and Terra loves the creative aspect and customer care side of owning an online shop.

Shipping
A Lady & A Lumberjack is not responsible for items lost in transit or missing items marked as delivered. We will not refund or replace those items. If your package shows as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors to see if they may have picked it up. If not, you'll need to contact your post office. They can provide GPS coordinates to where the delivery occurred and/or assist you in retrieving that package. Otherwise, we suggest filing a police report for stolen items.
All are shipped from Phoenix, AZ. Local pickup can be arranged - please message prior to ordering for a code to remove the shipping charge. If you have already made your purchase, please contact us to arrange pickup and to refund the shipping charge.

Please note that each item that we make is unique. There may be color and texture variation, but we strive to create products consistent with our product photos. The beauty of hand made is that each piece is unique in it's own way!

We love custom orders, so if you don't see exactly what you're looking for here, please send us a message! We'd love to make your vision come to life.
Charcuterie Board Care Instructions
Hand wash only! Do not put in dishwasher and never submerge your board in water. Dry with a soft cloth immediately after cleaning. Re-seal your board regularly with food safe oil such as mineral or butcher block oil. Apply with a soft cloth when board is dry. To preserve the beauty of the engraving, use the backside of your board for cutting food items. Be sure to clean well!

Customization Details
Personalized gifts are the BEST, but nothing is worse than giving a gift with a name spelled wrong or an incorrect anniversary date (oops!). To ensure this doesn't happen, please double check your personalization request prior to submitting your order. We copy/paste what you submit exactly, so we are not responsible for any misspellings/errors.
