Please take note that the t-shirts run “slightly” larger per manufacturer.
Custom and personalized orders
I do handle custom and special orders. There is a fee involved before work can begin that does not include the cost of merchandise after completion. My fees are a professional based rate for creating artwork based on 30+ years as an illustrator and artist.
Do you allow returns?
I want everyone to be happy and satisfied, but all merchandise is “print on demand”. Once the item is in production, I do not issue refunds.
I will individually address any issues with quality, damages, or any product 10+ days beyond the expected shipping date.
Do you print and ship these products?
I am just the artist creating the images. All of the printing and shipping is begun as items are purchased. The printing and shipping is handled by companies through Etsy.
How is the pricing determined?
Each item listed has a product cost, a printing cost, and a shipping cost to me. I create the artwork and listings myself. The actual margin coming to me is very thin so I can keep the cost to you low. The average margins are about 25% that I take in and return to Etsy for the listings and other shop needs. I did not create the shop as a finance maker. I created the shop to share art in fun ways.
