I randomly walked into a jewelry supply store and thus began an instant love affair.

It all started when I wandered into a jewelry supply store one day in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I was in love with all the colors and shiny things around me and began grabbing random things off the racks and went to the checkout. I was back the very next day buying more.
I started making jewelry as a hobby and giving away all of my creations to my friends and family as gifts. I continued like that for about a year until enough people convinced that I needed to try selling my creations. I was a little skeptical at first and thought surely no one would care about what little ol' me was making, but not long after I opened up shop I got a very positive response from the etsy community. It gave me the motivation to work harder and harder until it finally became my day job.
I never thought that I could possibly love my job so much. I still get so excited when new supplies come in the mail and instantly start dreaming up different ways to use them.
I hope that you will all love my jewelry as much as I love making it <3

Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my policies before making your purchase. Feel free to send me a message with any questions you might have about my policies.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
All payments are made in advance. I accept paypal and credit cards through etsy.
Custom orders must be paid for before I start working on them. If you are worried about paying for custom orders before seeing a picture, I will send you a picture before shipping and you can let me know if you see anything you would like changed and I will not ship it until you are happy with it.
Shipping
All packages will be shipped out as soon as I possibly can which is usually 2-7 days after the purchase. I always try to keep it closer to 2-4 days, but please remember that I am a one woman show and occasionally things get backed up. If you need your item by a certain date be sure to send me a message after your purchase to let me know when you need it by. I can do my best to see that you have it by the time you need it but I cannot guarantee shipping times and I will not give refunds for items that do not arrive by a certain date unless it is after 40 days in which case it is considered 'lost in transit'.
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. If you provide the wrong address and the package is sent back to me, I will refund minus the shipping cost when it arrives back to me. If you want me to resend the package shipping will be charged again. If the package doesn't find it's way back to me, the only way to have it sent again is to repurchase using the correct address. This goes for unclaimed packages as well.
All buyers are responsible for understanding and paying customs charges for their country if applicable. I cannot reimburse anyone for customs charges.
ATTENTION BUYERS FROM GERMANY, AND ITALY: these 2 countries in particular have very strict customs regulations and packages can take a very long time to clear customs. please be aware of this before ordering and know that I cannot refund you until 60 days (2 full months) have passed from the shipping date.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you need to cancel an order for a refund it should be within 24 HOURS after the purchase in order to receive the full refund including shipping costs. However, if you cancel before the 24hr deadline but I have already sent the package you will not be refunded until the package arrives and you send it back to me and I receive it in the same condition that it was sent in. In this case, shipping costs will not be refunded.
I am happy to give a refund for or replace items that arrive damaged or broken or if the item breaks within the first 2 weeks after it arrives. All I ask is that you send a photo of the damaged item before I can refund you.
In the case that you simply decide that you do not want the item, you can send it back for a refund within 1 week of the arrival date but I cannot give you a refund until I have received the returned item in its original conditional and the shipping costs will not be refunded in this case.
all custom orders are final and cannot be returned for any reason. refunds will only be given for custom orders if they are lost in the mail or arrive broken.
Additional policies and FAQs
for lost packages: I cannot consider international orders lost until 40 days have passed from the day it was shipped. If your item does not arrive after 40 days have passed I will be happy to refund you or resend the order if the item is still in stock. Please understand that I have this 40 day policy because I am sending out handmade with care products so I need to make sure that it is actually lost and not just delayed before sending a replacement or refunding the money.
