2 out of 5 starsThe seller responded very late to my email as the item never arrived at my house. She gave me a refund, but because she had surgery she said she could not send me a new token. I just wished she would have contacted me earlier.

1 out of 5 starsOrdered in April..didn't receive word from the shop until May indicating the shop had closed temporarily due to a death in the family. Totally understandable so I just asked for the order to be delivered by the first week in June. I was told no problem. I emailed this week and the shop owner said the package was returned to sender the same day I emailed...hmmm coincidence?? I never received a ship notice or tracking number as all other vendors provide making it unlikely it was ever sent. I was told by the shop owner they will be leaving for the next four weeks so they didn't want to "risk" paying for shipping again and having it returned again. All other Etsy orders have never had a problem shipping to my address, just this one. I was refunded but am scrambling now for my wedding favors. will not use this shop again.

I am truly sorry for this experience you had. Your item was returned to me the day before I left for a month, and without knowing why it was returned, I felt that you would be better served by receiving a refund, than me attempting the shipment again, as I knew the refund was the only thing I could control on my end. I do hope that you were able to find another shop that was able to fulfill your order in the time you needed it. While I understand if you do not want to shop with me again, it would be my pleasure to have a second chance. Like the quirky shop in a small town, you never know just what you might find!
I make things, paint things, and try to find ways to improve the things I've got.
I began drawing before I can even remember. I DO remember, though, that Unicorns were one of the first things I drew over and over again! I can't say I've drawn a unicorn in a couple decades now, but I've dabbled in other areas of arts and crafts from time to time.
I've found lately that I enjoy making what makes me happy... and if it makes someone else happy, or inspires another to create something of their own, then it has made me even more happy!
And isn't that what we all want?A little more happiness?!?
I like creating items for other people. When someone sees something I've done for myself, and they say "Hey, I'd like one of those for myself!"... I get excited and say, "Yes! I'd LOVE to make you one!"
Lately, I've watched my 4 year old son paint, and find that he wants to give all of his paintings to someone else to make them happy. I decided to take his idea and run with it. I will be featuring items he paints from time to time, and the entire purchase price of his personalized items will be donated to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
