I'm very sorry this customer had an allergic reaction! I clearly state in my description that if there are any allergies to any of the flavors listed to let me know and i'll eliminate them as I want my customers to be safe from any allergies they have and enjoy my chocolates. This customer did not reach out and let me know of any allergies. Also, they are coded for this reason and so that my customers know what they are eating. I really wish this customer had let me know of any possible allergic reaction to any of my flavors but very glad they are ok. I strongly encourage customers to talk to me with any dislikes or allergies!!!

Custom and personalized orders
We happily accept custom and personalized orders within limits. We unfortunately do not have the time to wrap 1 candy bar in a certain color, unless you are requesting a large amount. We do wedding, birthday, baby, anniversary, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and any other special event you want to commemorate. We encourage that you reach out to us with any questions!!
Wholesale availability
We do offer wholesale for businesses with an EIN number. We ship nationwide and any wholesale shipping cost would be at the expense of the buyer. We ensure that all packaging and cold packs are included to eliminate any issues that may arise during shipment.
Will my chocolate melt during shipment?
If you live in a warmer climate, you do run the risk that your chocolate will melt. We have ice packs available for purchase. We would love to be able to include that in our pricing, however we charge exactly what we pay for them, $1.50. Add one to each item purchased and that would surely put us out of business fast! During the winter, or colder seasons, if the temperature in your area is below 75, you will not need an ice pack.
Custom and personalized orders
Of course you can! 1 Ice pack will normally last 2 days, the time it takes for priority to get your package to you. If you feel more comfortable buying more than 1, please feel free. 1 Ice pack should if not under 100 degree heat, hold up for 3 items.
What are your returns and exchanges policy?
We will only accept returns on items that we make an error on with shipping. For instance, if you ordered 5 bags of milk chocolate pretzels, and we accidentally ship you dark chocolate, we will pay for the return of the product. If you order 5 bags of dark and you meant to buy milk, if you want to exchange, it would be at your costs. In both situations, the products need to return to us sealed! In the exact shape that we sent them to you. If products are opened, than we are sorry, we cannot accept a return or an exchange. This is for food safety guidelines.
