I take the greatest care when shipping items and they should get to you in perfect condition. Photographs are mailed in protective sleeves. I ship them in either a flat photo mailer or a weather proof bubble wrap sleeve. If for any reason they arrive damaged, please contact me immediately.

Please note that computer screens may differ and the color of the piece on the screen may not look exactly like what you receive. This is because different types of monitors are calibrated differently. Also, any prints with a "soft focus" or texture work (grain, spots, etc.) were created that way on purpose, please keep that in mind when ordering.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will be happy to replace it or offer an exchange as long as your order is returned to me in the condition it was sent. Please contact me before returning any items! Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.

In the event of a lost package I will ask you to wait eight weeks before I replace your item. It has been my experience that even the most sidetracked packages, find their way in that time frame.

I only accept Paypal.

International Buyers:
All duty, customs, international taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.

I always post prints within 3 business days of receiving payment. I will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

I ship worldwide via Hellenic Post Services first class priority airmail. If you wish for Registered Shipping please select the shipping upgrade upon checkout, it costs $3.00.
Any order over $50 will be upgraded to Registered shipping with no additional cost.

The item will be sent to your PayPal address. If you want me to send the item as a gift to a different address, please send me a message, I will be happy to add a little handmade note!
If the etsy and the paypal address is different, I will first contact you to find out the correct one. If I don't get an answer after 3 days, I will ship to the paypal address.

Prints are shipped in plastic sleeves and sandwiched between cardboard then packaged in a bubble wrap envelope or flat mailer to ensure their protection.

{Lost or damaged items}
U.S., Canadian & European residents, please allow up to 4 weeks before the package is considered lost. Other international buyers, please allow up to 6 weeks. Damaged items please contact me asap.

Paper:
I use Fujifilm Matte paper for my prints, as I find it gives my photos a beautiful texture feel and more depth in color.
The prints come with a small white border for easy framing, if you do not wish for it please state so in the message to seller.
