Gorgeous print and warm customer service. The only thing is that this oven mitt is much too thin to use when taking anything out of the oven. It's okay for hot lids on the stovetop etc. but that's about it. So, it's less useful than I had hoped.

Pretty fabric, it is absolutely the softest and smoothest silk, I have ever seen. It is a bit thin though. One could definitely use it straightaway as a scarf. Alessia herself provided a splendid service, beginning with making the poppies on a black background for me plus answering to all my questions. I will definitely come back to her! Her poppies are just eye catching!🥰

In addition to having a wonderful design, the bag is very capacious and is made with an excellent resistant fabric (even the handles, and for this reason it is really comfortable to carry on the shoulder). Suuper satisfied :)
