My husband, Jon, is the muscle behind the operation: transporting truckloads of fabric, filling, shipping supplies, and finished product. He is also my sounding board for new and crazy ideas.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

I accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Please keep in mind that if you are paying via echeck with PayPal, there is a 4-5 day hold before the funds clear my account. Please understand that this will delay your order. I will start your order after payment has cleared.

California residents will be charged sales tax.
Production time is two to four weeks for poufs. Lead time applies to all items except those that include the words "ready to ship" in the listing title. I usually have a lot of fabric in stock and can make poufs within two weeks. However the lead time may be closer to four weeks if I have to order fabric. Stock items are shipped within two business days of payment.

Lead time on curtain panels is currently three to five weeks.

Fully-stuffed poufs ship via FedEx and pouf covers ship USPS. Tracking information will be provided for FedEx shipments.

Shipment costs to Puerto Rico and Hawaii are higher than to greater US destinations. I will contact you after purchase to arrange for shipping payment.

I do ship to internationally. Please contact me for a shipping quote if you are outside the US. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS: If you feel you must return a stock item, please contact me. Item must be returned within 3 days in original condition and packaging. Refunds less shipping charges will be refunded or can be credited towards another purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Products marked "Sale" may not be returned under any circumstances. Custom ordered work cannot be returned.

SATISFACTION: Please bring any concerns to my attention immediately after receiving your item. Your satisfaction is very important to me. On a case by case basis, I will do my best to make you a satisfied customer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can the width or height be altered?
A: Absolutely! Convo me with your specifications.

Q: How much is the cover only?
A: 18” pouf – take $5 off the price and $5 for shipping within the US.
24”/square pouf – take $15 off the price and $5 for shipping within the US.

Q: What do I use for filling if I purchase the cover only?
A: I recommend using polyester fiber fill stuffing from your local fabric store. It’s sold in bulk 5 lb. boxes. The 18” pouf takes 5 lbs. of stuffing; the square pouf and 24” size take 10 lbs. of stuffing.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Normally cover only since shipping can be quite pricy to international destinations. Convo me for a price quote.

Q: Do you offer different fabrics than what’s listed in the store?
A: Yes, I have many fabrics to choose from. Convo me with your specific color or print and I’ll pull together fabric samples for you.

Q: Do you offer a discount if purchasing more than one pouf?
A: I offer discounts for two or more poufs.

Q: How do I care for my pouf?
A: Most poufs are made with cotton home décor fabric which should be machine washed in cold water and laid flay to dry. Remember to remove the stuffing before washing the cover! Indoor/outdoor fabrics can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Q: Can I send my own fabric?
A: Yes, I’m happy to use customer supplied fabrics.

Q: If I supply the fabric, how much do I need and what type works best?
A: Medium to heavy weight home décor fabric works best. I would need one yard of 54” width home décor fabric for an 18” pouf and two yards for a 24” pouf.

Q: Are there any poufs ready to ship?
A: Put the words “ready to ship” in the search field to find the poufs that are ready immediately.

Q: Do you accept wholesale orders?
A: I do not currently accept wholesale orders.

Q: Can I get samples of fabric?
A: I’m happy to provide fabric samples. Convo me with the prints you’re interested in.

Q: What’s the best size to get for use with a glider/rocking chair?
A: The 24” size pouf is the best to use with a glider.

Q: How do the poufs close up?
A: Each pouf comes with a zipper closure along one of the side seams. This way, the stuffing can be easily taken out for cleaning.
