Statement Earring Designs

-About the Designer - - Hello, my name is Sandra. I am the designer of AlexaSteve home based in Saratoga Springs, NY.

I design and create statement earrings from seed beads. My collection is a creative vision to infuse a flavor of elegance using intricate bead patterns to tell the story. Some of my designs have a hint of vintage style. Every piece is individually handmade incorporating various stitching techniques and carefully orchestrated bead color selections. I use metallic, galvanized and crystal seed beads to bring each design to life.

I only use quality glass beads, crystal and silver in all of my pieces. I strive to make both pairs of earrings indentical!

If after reading the shop policies I have not answered any question please feel free to email me. My vision for this shop is to design statement earrings that draw attention. If you do not see a color combination you are looking for, please email me to discuss a custom listing.

Payment
PAYMENT: I accept Paypal and credit cards through Etsy direct checkout and Etsy Gift Cards. Payment is due on check out.. When payment clears, I will prepare your purchase for shipping. I can only accept a cancellation if the package has not been mailed.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Payment in full is required before work can begin. I will create a custom listing with the agreed upon price, materials and production time. Once the listing is purchased and payment clears I will begin ordering supplies to begin work immediately. By purchasing the listing you agree to all materials, production time and price. Custom Orders are nonrefundable.

New York State Tax of 8% applies for all purchases mailed to a NY address.
Shipping
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: U.S. shipping is FREE. For the "ready made" items I will ship USPS 1st Class parcel within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. Custom work will be mailed in accordance with the custom listing purchase agreement.

U.S. Priority mail is upon request and the cost will be invoiced back to you. Please let me know in the notes when checking out.

INSURANCE: I will personally insure all purchases over $50 with the U.S.P.S.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International buyers are responsible for any fees or duties that may be charged on their end. Please check your country's rules and regulations regarding import duties and VAT.

DISCLAIMER: Once the package is mailed to the address provided I cannot be responsible for U.S. or International Postal Carriers errors or mishandling of a package.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am confident you will be happy with the original purchase, but if for some reason the design size or color were not what you expected we can discuss exchange or refund. I must receive an email within 2 days of receipt to begin discussions. Please understand my art is labor intensive which lends itself to a firm policy on Exchanges and Returns.

EXCHANGES: There are no exchanges allowed for custom orders.

Exchange shipping costs to and from will the responsibility of the buyer. Domestic free shipping only applies to the original purchase. Upon receipt of the returned item I will prepare the exchange for shipping. If there is any defect in the item a 20% or higher restocking charge may be applied.

REFUNDS: There are no refunds allowed for custom orders.

If a refund is the only option, there will be a 20% restocking charge and shipping costs for returning the package will be the responsibility of the buyer. I must receive the item in the original packaging within 7 days of the email decision for the refund to be valid with a 20% restocking charge. Later returns will be accessed at 5% more per day thereafter. Upon receipt and review of returned item I will provide a refund less the restocking fee calculation to be processed in the same manner as the original payment method.
