    Returns and exchange details
    We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you would like to return item, please follow the steps below:

    -Return your item:

    *The item must be postmarked for return within 7 days of its arrival to you. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery through etsy conversation to request a return. Then we will send the RMA number and return instruction to you.

    *The item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged), perfume free and returned with all packaging and accessories. It must have the tags intact and attached. We cannot process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy.

    *Shipping fee and any rush fee (if applicable) will not be refunded. If free shipping was provided to you for the original order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund to cover our cost.

    *Please allow us 5 to 7 business days to process your return after we receive the return back.

    *Sorry there is absolutely no return/exchange after the event date.

    ***All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped. We can not be held responsible for the loss or damage occurred in the transit after the order is shipped. Please contact us if you are interested to purchase the insurance for your package. And please make sure that your shipping address is a secure location.

    -Exchange your item:
    If you would like to exchange an item, please obtain RMA Number for the original item you ordered and return it following the instructions above. The same terms and conditions apply as noted in the Return Policy above.

    -Wrong item:
    We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves us. If you receive the wrong item, please message us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will cover the cost of shipping back and re-shipping from us.

    -Order multiple items to try on:
    Returns of 2 or more items in a single order (or separate orders for the same customer) will be subject to 20% restocking fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.

    Please kindly limit the try on number to 3 in the same category. For orders with 4 or more items in the same category to try on, we are very sorry that we can not fulfill this kind of order since we are hand made shop and we can not afford too many try-ons at a time. We will cancel such order right away. Thank you very much for your understanding.
    Shipping
    Order processing time:

    For regular orders, we normally ship within 1 to 5 business days after receiving the order. If you need the order urgently, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

    For larger orders (more than 3 items), we need 3 to 6 business days to process the order.

    You can also choose express mail as the shipping method when you do the checkout. For these rush orders, we ship either on the same business day or the second business depending on the time the order is placed. Please contact us if you are interested in FedEx 2nd air or FedEx overnight shipping methods.

    Shipping time:

    -Within USA
    Regular orders: USPS first class mail or priority mail (2-3 business days), with a tracking number.
    Rush orders: Express mail, FedEx 2nd air / overnight shipping (1-2 business days).
    -International Shipping:
    Regular orders: USPS first class mail international (2 to 3 weeks, but sometimes it takes longer than that.)

    Sorry we do not deliver to Germany anymore due to the long shipping time and 100% chance delay in the customs.

    ***For International shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs and duty charges. Please note that we do not have any control over Customs fees and Duties, you must contact your local Customs Office for charges. Packages can be held at your local Customs Offices for days or weeks before the notice is sent out to you. We don't have any control over this.
