Make a wish ......

Hello ~ I’m Nina (aka Mum)

Our Alfie Isaac store was launched after Alfie my son, asked me if he could start making things to sell and open an Etsy store of his own. I currently run mummy made it me, a little business making pretend play food for children and very often whilst I was working, Alfie would ask if he could help make things.

We came up with the idea of making wish bracelets and badges and selling lots of other cute little gifts we thought you might like.
Our wish bracelets are handmade using Hemptique Hemp Cord.
Hemp is a pure and natural eco-friendly alternative to synthetic products. It is fully biodegradable and bursting with colour. Hemptique uses colourfast and AZO free dyes making it perfect for wish bracelets.

All our bracelets are designed, handmade and packaged from our home in Derbyshire.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Hopefully you will be delighted with your order, if not please do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days to discuss any issues.
Please note the cost of any item(s) returned back, will be refunded minus the cost of the return postage.
Custom or personalised orders can not be refunded so please check the details you send to us carefully.
Please note, to support our small business we will not refund orders due to delays in the postal system due to the current pandemic.
Payment can be made via Paypal and all major credit/debit cards.
The dispatch time (shown on each listing) is how long after you place the order you should expect the item to be shipped, it is not how long it will take to arrive to you.

All items sent within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, please allow at least two working days for your order to arrive after the date of posting. This is only a guide and may take longer. Royal Mail do not class post as missing until 10 working days after the date of posting.

Items sent outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard Airmail. This can take a minimum of 7-10 working days to arrive after the date of dispatch. This is the most cost effective way of posting items to outside the UK but does not have any tracking. If you wish for your order to be tracked please ensure you upgrade to this option.

Please be aware that Standard Airmail is normally a good reliable service but because it is not trackable I can't do anything about delays nor be responsible for late deliveries. Royal Mail does not class items posted internationally as undelivered until 20 working days have passed for items sent to Europe and 25 working days to the rest of the world

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the UK.
