Shop policies
All ribbon ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. All alligator clips are lined with quality grosgrain ribbon and have a no-slip grip so they stay in even the finest hair!
If you live in Utah in Davis or Salt Lake counties and would like to host a "bow party" please contact me: ali [!at] alibugbowtique.com. I would love to come to your home, bring all my premade items, and let your friends and family take home whatever they want! They can also custom order whatever they want or preorder before the party. You get 10% of the total party sales in CASH! Most hosts use that towards their purchase!
I am always happy to do any custom orders, just convo me!

Returns and exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with any product please convo me and we can discuss a solution. I want you to be happy with your purchase!
I will give you 10 days after receiving your package to return your purchase if you are not satisfied.

Shipping
I ship via USPS First Class mail (2-5 days for US orders). Priority Mail (2-3 days to ship within US) is available at additional cost.
All US orders include delivery confirmation.
If paying through Paypal, please make sure your Paypal and Etsy mailing addresses correspond with each other. If your Paypal mailing address differs from your Etsy address, I will ship to the address on Paypal.
International orders will be sent the cheapest method to keep costs low. This means that delivery confirmation is not available. If you have any questions regarding shipping please contact me.
Additional policies and FAQs
Rush orders are an additional $2. This means you will have your order placed at the top of the processing list and will have it shipped as soon as possible. Please contact me if you wish to rush your order.
**CUSTOM ORDERS**
I am very happy to make custom orders. Please send me a convo or "request custom item" on the right of the page below "feedback". Once we have decided on your custom order I will make you a "custom listing". If the custom listing is not purchased within 5 days of the listing, it will be canceled. I will assume you have changed your mind. If you need more time, please let me know and I will work with you.
**WHOLESALE ORDERS**
