As each item is made especially for you please ensure that all information is correctly given to us and that all spellings are correct as we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges for misspelled names or if the wrong information was given to us.
Since each piece of jewelry is custom made especially for you, it is not something we can resell. If you have ordered your monogrammed sterling silver, gold or rose gold necklace, ring, or bracelet and decided to change your mind midway through, then a minimum cancellation fee of $35 - $50 per piece will be charged to you.
This is not to punish anyone, but to help cover our costs.
