If you are extremely unhappy with the custom art you received and feel you have been misled by my descriptions, please contact me and we will discuss a refund. I must retain 50% of payment simply for the time, materials and work that have gone into the project. If a refund is issued, you relinquish all rights to use of the art and must return any prints to me.

Please note refunds are unavailable for artwork that is not custom ordered (e.g., art prints).

Please note that I am unable to offer revisions of any kind for custom art work--the product you receive is the final product. I try my best to create a portrait that is recognizable and have tried to make sure I show an accurate representation of what you can expect my work to look like. If you are extremely unhappy with your portrait, please contact me and we can discuss a refund (see my refund policy for details).

The reason you do not receive the "original" illustration is because I work partially in digital format (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) and quite simply, there is no tangible original! You will receive a high quality print or digital pdf, depending on your order.

This artwork is sold for your personal use only. You may not resell or otherwise use my art to make money (i.e., in advertising or design). If you have purchased a digital portrait, you may not display the image without attributing it to me somewhere on the page (avatars excepted). I retain all commercial rights to the image.
