Returns and exchange details
If items are damaged in transit, I ask that you send me a photo of the packaging as well as the relevant damage, and depending on the extent I may ask you to send them back to me, and I will replace, or refund them for you. I will refund your return shipping fees. Please note, I do wrap all orders very carefully to avoid possible damage.
I always insure orders over $100, and you always have to option to ask for insurance on your order at an additional cost. Orders that are upgraded to Priority Shipping are automatically insured.
I deal with lost packages on a case by case basis. All domestic packages have delivery confirmation and can usually be tracked while in transit, unfortunately postal delays do happen and I can not be held responsible for those delays. It is very rare to have a package actually go missing in the mail and I can not confirm that an order has been lost until 30 days after shipping. Once an order has been marked as delivered I must assume the package has been delivered and will not open a lost package case for a package marked delivered. I ship using the address that you provide to Etsy, in the event a package is returned as undeliverable I am happy to resend it to you but shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If your address is incorrect on your order and you do not contact me to correct it before it has shipped I am unfortunately, unable to resend or refund that order. I am happy to try to change the delivery address while the package is in transit, but any costs or fees for that service are the responsibility of the buyer and payable before service is provided.
As there is no way for me to track packages once they have left the US, and as such, no way for me to confirm delivery, I can assume no responsibility for lost international orders. Please be aware it can often take anywhere from a week to a month for packages to clear customs, so I do ask you to please be patient before assuming your order has been lost. In the event that a package is returned to me I am happy to resend it to you but additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
I do also have the option to upgrade to Priority or Express shipping available in my shop if you need your order in a hurry. Priority orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days, and Express orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Mon through Friday excluding holidays. I do my best to ship upgraded orders as quickly as possible, please contact me in advance if you are on a strict deadline and cannot wait additional days and I will let you know if I'm able to speed up my processing time for your order.
I ship to the address provided to me by Etsy unless otherwise requested, before your order is placed. I cannot guarantee orders will ship to a different address than the one on the account if the request is made after your order is placed so please be sure to double check your shipping address when you order. If an order is returned to me due to an issue with the address, I will either refund you the amount of your order minus shipping, or you may pay for shipping again and I will re-ship to a new address. Customers are responsible for providing accurate, up to date shipping addresses.
I do not insure orders that are less than $100, if you would like to have your order insured, there is an option to add insurance at check out, if you do not see that option please convo me and I will provide you with an estimate.
If you would like your order shipped via a different method than those offered, please convo me before placing your order and I will provide you with an estimate.
CUSTOMS FEES - This has nothing to do with your prepaid shipping costs. They are fees assessed and charged by your country, like a tax on goods. Most countries will not assess a fee if the package value is under $50, but this is not guaranteed and sometimes does happen regardless of the value. Please understand that all International customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by me. I will not mark packages as "gift" or lie about the package value. This is very illegal, and I could lose my business license.

All orders to outside the United States are shipped via International First Class, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Shipping charges reflect cost of postage as well as the cost of packaging materials and I have prices calculated to be the most cost effective for me and you. All international orders are shipped with insurance to provide the most protection to you and to me.
I ship to the address listed on your Etsy account. I ship to the address provided to me by Etsy unless otherwise requested, before your order is placed. I cannot change the country from the country listed on your Etsy account. I cannot guarantee orders will ship to a different address than the one on the account if the request is made after your order is placed so please be sure to double check your shipping address when you order. There is no way for me to change an address on an international shipment once it is in transit so please be sure to check your address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned to me due to an issue with the address, I will either refund you the amount of your order minus shipping and keep the returned goods, or you may pay for shipping again and I will re-ship to a new address.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you would like more of something than is listed, please convo me, I am happy to do special orders for large quantities and will provide you with a cost and time estimate for order fulfillment. For special orders I do require a non-refundable 50% deposit before I place my order, with the balance to be paid in full before I ship.
