Returns and exchanges
Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on customized or PDF items unless the seller makes an error in the order.

For mailed items, refunds and exchanges are accepted if the item is sent back to the seller in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once I have concluded that an item is in good condition, I will refund you via PayPal within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.

If you have a concern about your order, convo me and we can try to resolve it. :)
Payment
Paypal is only accepted.

If payment is not received within 1 week of your order, the order will be removed.
Shipping
All PDF templates will be e-mailed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Unless otherwise noted, I will send the templates to the e-mail address listed on Etsy. Please send me a message if you want the templates sent to a different e-mail address.

All other items are shipped via USPS first class mail. Shipped items are sent within approximately 3 business days after receiving payment.

Items will be carefully packaged so that they will arrive in pristine condition.
