Convo me if there is a problem with shipping or damage-on-arrival.

Please note, unless otherwise stated, all items are hand made or hand printed, and artifacts and imperfections inherent in the handmade process are not flaws and cannot be accepted for return as such. Likewise variations in color due to monitor or printer settings are not flaws and cannot be accepted for returns as such. All prints and artwork do not get selected for listing unless they are as I intended them to be.

If I did miss an error, I must be contacted within 7 days of item receipt (trackable through delivery confirmation) with a photo and description of the error. After determining if it is, in fact, an unintended error, I will accept a return. Buyer pays shipping for the return, with insurance and delivery confirmation. After inspecting the item returned and determining that it is in original condition, I will exchange the item, if additional copies of the item exist, or refund purchase price minus shipping.

I cannot accept returns due to buyer remorse. If you have questions about an item, print, or artwork, please contact me ahead of time. Etsy limits the detail and resolution of posted images so I can send you links to higher resolution images if necessary.

Personalized and custom orders are final.

I accept and prefer PayPal payments.

Please convo me before paying with a personal check or money order. Checks will need time to clear before shipping.

I ship USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation. I can upgrade shipping if you convo me.

Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves my hands. If you request it, UPS offers professional packing with shipping and guarantees the item will arrive undamaged, but costs more. Convo me if you want this shipping method, and I will send a PayPal funds request for the additional shipping amount.
