Seller delivered a low-quality item that did not match the advertised photos, but offered to revise the item and improve the quality. I shipped the item back to the seller at my cost and was notified by the seller I would receive it back in 2 days. 19 days later it is finally scheduled to arrive after I had to email and remind the seller I was waiting, they had totally forgotten about me. Now I have missed my event that this expensive item was ordered for. Would not recommend, seller dropped the ball multiple times even after being given a second chance.
