Announcement   Snail mail supplies, custom mini albums, scrapbooking kits, laser-cut die cuts, handmade cards, exclusive rubber stamps, and other one-of-a-kind, handmade items!

Our shop priorities:

1. Providing exactly what our customers are looking for.
2. Creating unique, quality items that can't be found elsewhere.
3. Shipping carefully packed items in colorful packaging that's fun to receive. (Hey, it's happy mail, even if you bought it for yourself! I want you to smile big when you open the mailbox and see a package from my shop! A plain, undecorated manilla envelope will only be used in an emergency.)

Our personal priorities:

1. Family values! Family comes first; we don't let our business get in the way of raising our children properly. Which is to say, if you order from us, we will make and ship your order as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days (or weeks, for a custom item), because being Mama to nine children takes a fair share of time and energy to do properly. (Well... that's a 24-7 job, actually, so I don't really know where I find time to put together orders for my dear customers, but somehow it happens!)
2. Sunday is for family and church, so although our shop is open for orders, we're unlikely to receive convos or start working on orders on a Sunday.

In a nutshell, if you have a tad bit of patience and love wonderful goodies, do order from us, and we'll get your order shipped off to you as soon as possible (MAYBE even the same day, but don't get your hopes up) AND when it arrives, you will surely love it!

About

Sharing with you, our family's love of crafting!

JuJu got up at 6am on Saturdays to make lemonade and bake fresh brownies. Fiora and the other little ones waved signs for her and charmed her customers. The lemonade stand was so successful, we started thinking of other ways we could have a good time together and make some extra money at the same time.

Our heritage includes painters, photographers, musicians, sculptors, sketchers, collage artists, and the list goes on. Every one of us has inherited those artistic genes in some way, and creativity happens every day at our house. Selling our unique art and craft items was a natural step for our family.

Now our shop has expanded to include a variety of items, including snail mail supplies, premade scrapbook albums, pages and embellishments, handmade cards, supplies and tools for papercrafting, and vintage items. The purchase of a laser cutting machine in 2012 added a lot of possibilities to our offerings.

All our handmade items are crafted with care. Everything we sell makes us happy, and we hope to attract that special customer who feels the same way about our items. Welcome to our shop, and please feel free to send a message with requests, comments, suggestions, or just to say hi. We love conversation!

Shipping
PLEASE READ (AND BE OKAY WITH) ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES BEFORE PURCHASE. We will ship through US mail, by the least expensive method available for the package size, unless the buyer specifies and pays for shipping by priority or express mail. (For small or flat items over 13 oz., Priority Mail is often the most cost-effective shipping method.) We only ship using delivery confirmation with a tracking number. We will do our best to get orders of already-made items shipped within one to four business days (customized orders may take longer). Unfortunately, we can take no responsibility for delays after the package is in the care of the postal service. Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer, and must be requested and paid for before item ships.
Refunds and Exchanges
We describe and photograph all items carefully, and hope the purchase and merchandise will always live up to the expectations of the customer. In the event of a dissatisfied buyer, we will issue a shop credit for the full purchase price of an item returned within 30 days of purchase date. Buyer must contact us to arrange this within 7 days of item being delivered. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. After the item has been received by us, the credit will be available, and must be used within 180 days. Unfortunately, we can offer no compensation for items that are lost or damaged during shipping, as we package things as securely and safely as possible. As stated in shipping policy, insurance is the responsibility of the buyer, and must be requested and paid for before item ships.
Additional policies and FAQs
We would love to customize an item for you, just ask!

We are located in Alaska, USA. Shipping from way up here may take an extra day or two, so please be patient. It'll be worth the wait!

Brian works in a remote location for two week stretches, so I (Valley) am basically a single parent much of the time. Since we have ten children (yep, you read that right), every week brings multiple family obligations, appointments, emergencies, school events, illnesses, etc. While we value our Etsy customers, raising our children is our first priority. We do our best to ship pre-made items within a few days, despite living in a rural area where it's a bit of a drive to the post office. Custom orders take time, and must be squeezed in while running our busy household, so please let us know right away if you have a deadline you need your order by that is sooner than the maximum ship-by time for that item. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MEET YOUR DEADLINE IF YOU LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY (although we may need to charge extra for rush orders of larger items).

We guarantee special, well-made, well-packaged items. Instant gratification is not always compatible with handmade quality. Thanks for your understanding!
