I’m self proclaimed “Late etsy bloomer”!🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve raised 5 kids, even survived homeschooling them from K -12th grade.🤪 Our 4th has multiple disabilities and I did a lot of therapy for her and homeschooled her for 6 years.

In 2014 I founded a non profit that provides funding for families living with disabilities to cover things insurance denies. All our team, including myself are volunteers so 100% of our fundraising goes to the families we serve.

In 2018 my hubby fought and beat throat cancer. That was the year I realized how much I needed an outlet. Something to do just for my own enjoyment and relaxation. I fell in love with resin art. After my hubby was recovered, he encouraged me to try and sell the piles and piles of pieces I’d created. WIth medical bills coming in, I agreed to try. My first event was an absolute shocking success! I grew that hobby into a successful business over the next year.

When schools were closed in 2020, our daughter Stacey’s special need program closed as well. Resin work requires a respirator and uninterrupted work time so I was no longer able to spend hours each day in my studio. I wasn’t able to keep up with the orders any more. As the year went on, I missed creating and needed to continue supplementing our families income while we fund collage, weddings and other “parents of adult kid expenses”.😂
