If you are not happy with your item I will refund your money as long as it's shipped back in the same state as it was sent; this does not include shipping or insurance fees.

My items are made in a pet-free smoke-free home!
For tutu orders I recommend you hang them and comb them with our hands or fingers a day or several hours before use, they can get a little crumpled up during shipping.
Remember that all my items are handmade by me without assistants. I do not stock all materials so if you have a special order, it may take longer to ship out.

My baked goods (cake pops) ship with ice packs to prevent melting or perishing during shipment but I am not responsible for any damage done to them by the shipping company. Please get a shipping insurance if this is a concern... Once the package leaves my hands, I have no control over the state of their arrival.
If you are concerned about allergies, please contact me prior to your order to make sure I can provide you with what you need!

I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. The buyer is responsible for requesting insurance and paying those fees before purchasing.
