Ali is wonderful. I ordered paw prints of my sweet Ruca, and had trouble getting the prints since her hair was so long around her paws. Ali was able to work with me and use a picture and measurements to get her little paw prints exact. I will forever cherish this piece. My Ruca passed away shortly after submitting the order, and it was such a sweet thing to get in the mail after her passing.

I can't thank you enough. These hand print ornamets are the perfect treasures to collect through the years to pass down.
