I absolutely LOVE Strung Out Stars products! I have 3 pairs of earrings, a bracelet, and these 2 necklaces. And I WILL be getting more!!! I work in a very busy gas station/convenient store where I receive lots of compliments, but no matter where I am the amount of compliments I get on these necklaces is amazing!! I had the necklace on the left for over a year and I broke it (totally my fault). I contacted Andi not knowing what she would do for me and she redid the piece and put a new cord on. The customer service was TOP NOTCH! While she was doing that she made the other custom piece for me.

About

Stringing a story:

I am, at the very heart of it all, an artist. I've got so many creative irons in the fire I can hardly think straight. But my guitar string jewelry is the best way I've found to share my art with everyone.

Strung-Out began when I started pulling cast-off guitar strings from my brother’s musical adventures out of the trash, and weaving them into colorful, beaded bracelets. In the many years since then, I've developed a distinctive line of funky jewelry that takes the unexpected, and makes it beautiful!

Every piece of Strung-Out jewelry in my shop is created by my two hands -- an inspired work of wearable art. Everything in my shop is ready to ship -- what you see is what you'll be getting! Custom orders are always encouraged.

I feel really REALLY uncomfortable about the idea of using "famous" strings, and profiting off of another artist's good name. But. If any of you want to donate strings, come on down! I will absolutely trade strings for jewelry, and tell everyone how wonderful you are. If you want jewelry made with your own personal, special strings, I can do that too!

I am so thankful to all of the fantastic people that have been a part of my Strung-Out story. Every single person with a handful [or shoebox full] of strings, a strand of beads, and a kind [or unkind. whatever.] word has been a blessing. Thank you all! :)

Welcome to the Etsy home of Strung-Out guitar string jewelry.

This whole thing started as a way to recycle used guitar strings into beautiful art jewelry.

Each Strung-Out piece is unique -- mostly due to the fact that I can never do the same thing twice!

Everything in my shop is ready to ship. I am more than happy to work with you to design a custom piece, bridal jewelry, or anything else.

Payment
I accept PayPal. I prefer payment within 2 days of your order. Once an order is paid for, it is shipped the same or next day.
Shipping
I ship most items first class in a padded envelope. If you order a lot of stuff, I will send it in a box. I ship stuff out same or next-day depending on the winds, the tides and how swamped I am at my day-job.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will exchange an item or replace it with something similar if possible. I will repair damaged goods if feasible. I cannot be held responsible for somebody's mindless errors, however. Breakable stuff breaks. Be careful!
