It is all in that order, I am a wife, mother, daughter, dental nurse then I have time to be a jewellery designer.
My husband Alex has always been my inspiration, he will push me to be my best. If it wasn't for him this shop would not have become a reality.
I started making jewellery and giving it to friends, then a local dress shop owner asked me to put some in her shop, it sold really well.
About 3 years ago a friend told me about etsy and told me to set up a shop, I just laughed at her because I had only just bought a computer and had no idea how to set up a shop.
I forgot about it for about 6 months then decided to have a go.
I found all the info about etsy great and had no trouble.
My time with etsy has been fantastic. It works well with my life style.
I check my shop answer emails re list items and pack up sales before I go to work. During my lunch hour I post off orders. When I get home Alex cooks tea while I answer more emails and list items I have made on my days off.
I also write for a Aussie beading magazine.
