Announcement   Thanks so much for finding my shop! I'm so excited to work with you to create a personalized hat and/or whistle for your lil engineer!

Please include the name of your little engineer in the notes at time of checkout so I know how to personalize your order.

There are 2 factors that come into play to determine how long before you receive your order:
1. Creation Time: A 3-5 business day period (1 week) which it takes for your order to be created
2. Shipping Time: This can vary depending on which shipping method you select at checkout. If no shipping method is selected I will ship your order via USPS standard shipping.

Rush creation and Rush shipping options are available at checkout if you need your order to be delivered quickly!

Turning a fun party favor into an even better business!

My husband and I threw our 2-year-old (our now 5-year-old!) a train themed second birthday party and, as I do with most things in life, I had to take things to the next level. Every party favor I found seemed cheap and "blahhh" so I decided to make my own for all of our lil engineer guests.

Over these past 3 years I've added new ideas, new creation methods, and new products to my shop (while my husband and I added 2 more littles to out famliy!). We are so very grateful for All Aboard Whistle and the way it's allowed me to stay at home with our littles as they grow.

I get excited about each view, each like, and especially each purchase made from my shop so thank you, thank you for all of your support. Every ounce of it is appreciated!

Payment
Most orders will be shipped 5 business days (1 week) after receiving payment.

All cancelations need to be made within the first 12 hours of ordering or before the customization process has begun. Please convo me immediately if you desire to cancel your order to see if customization has already started.

Please be sure the name for customization is included in the "note to seller" section of your order when you check out. I will contact you requesting this information via your Etsy account so please check on your Etsy communications for a notice from me if I did not receive the name for customization. If I am unable to reach you in order to attain this information your order will be canceled and refunded within 5 business days after the order was placed. At that time you may place a new order with the name for customization in the notes.

All communication with shop will be done in written form (not via phone) to ensure that we have documentation of all conversations.
Shipping
The order you place is effected by 2 different factors:

1. Creation Time
a. I offer expedited options for both but they are two
differing factors and together make up the time before
you receive your order. I have a rush creation option for
an additional $12.50 charge which guarantees your
order will leave my shop in 1-2 business days (not
including weekends or holidays). The link for this
expedited creation can be added to your cart at time of
purchase.
2. Shipping Time
a. I ship orders via USPS First Class mail and provide a
tracking number for each shipment to the email linked to
your Etsy account. This shipping method usually takes
5-10 days for delivery of items. I do have other options
available if faster delivery is required. 1-3 Day Priority
shipping is given an estimated 1-3 time frame for
package delivery. Please Note: ***Neither of these
shipping methods are guaranteed to be delivered by any
specific date. All Aboard Whistle is not responsible for
a delay in shipment as once the order leaves my shop the
delivery process is out of my control.
****The only guaranteed shipping method is USPS Next
Day Air and is guaranteed by USPS to be delivered in
1-2 days (most often 1 day). If you prefer to use this
shipping method please select this expedited shipping
option in your shopping cart at time of checkout or
contact me to create a special listing for you.


Orders shipped outside of the US are shipped Via USPS First Class International mail and have no guaranteed shipping time frame. USPS gives a 30 day delivery estimate but that is not a guaranteed time frame. If you prefer to have your order speed with a faster spent method please contact me for pricing and time frame options. International packages may be charged a customs fee, duties, or taxes etc which are costs in addition to my shipping charges. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not figured into the cost of item(s) being purchased.


****I cannot guarantee time frames for shipping. Once an order is shipped, all shipping responsibilities are that of USPS and All Aboard Whistle will not be held responsible for delays in shipping because of delays or errors made by USPS. If an order is returned to me by the postal carrier for any reason, I will resend the package at the cost of the customer (usually it is a $4.00 re-ship mentioned fee for US orders but these costs may differ).

Please double check all information given for shipping as I will ship to the address given to me. If you give an incorrect address for shipping at time of purchase, please contact me immediately for assistance. If, however, the order ships to an incorrect address due to error made by the purchasing party, All Aboard Whistle will not be held responsible for wrongly delivered items. Again, please double check all information, both shipping and personalization, prior to placing an order. Thank You!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order please contact me within 5 days after receiving your order. If your order is being returned due to an All Aboard Whistle error, I will send a prepaid label for the return shipping.

All Aboard Whistle will refund for unpersonalized items (such as hats and/or bandanas) or orders with incorrect personalization due to an error made by All Aboard Whistle. If orders are created with correct personalization (personalization as was given in notes to seller), no refund will be given. It is imperative that all personalization information is 100% accurate as I will not offer refunds for personalization that was given to me incorrectly.
Additional policies and FAQs
I would love to do a customized order for you or your party; either a larger number of whistles or a wooden quote board. These orders do take some additional time concerning which we can discuss. Please convo me to get your order started!!!
