For the love of paper crafting
I'm a writer and editor by trade and the author of several books on journaling and creative writing. I'm a life-long learner and in addition to my writing/ghostwriting work, running various web properties, and managing my Etsy shop, I'm working towards earning Copyediting and Technical Communication certificates from UCSD. I love anything that has to do with exercising one's creativity.
In June 2012, I finally got the courage (and okay, I got tired of procrastinating) to open my Etsy store, AllAboutScrapping! I have amassed paper crafting supplies over the years and discovered products and companies I love -- and I wanted to share this with those who love paper crafting as much as I did. Through my Etsy shop, I'm able to sell supplies (made by companies I love) and my own handmade items.
In January 2013, I decided to embark on a second career -- that of a mixed media artist. In June 2013, I launched my line of rubber stamps and clear stamps called STAMPlorations(tm). If you're a cardmaker, scrapbooker, mixed media artist, or any other kind of crafter, my stamps will encourage you to "Stamp with all your ART(tm)"!

NOTE TO CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Your shipping cost may come out more than the actual shipping cost when you're checking out. (And if it doesn't, you won't get billed because I pay the difference.) Whether you use Paypal or Direct Checkout, you'll receive a refund on shipping overage. Example: If you paid $15 for shipping and Etsy charged me $8.88 to create a mailing label to your country, I will refund $5.12 to you (the $1 is for handling and packing supplies -- those envelopes/boxes and tapes aren't free!). So no worries that you'll overpay when you buy from my shop :o)
I provide a tracking number for orders totaling $5 or more (before shipping; US customers only).
Delivery Confirmation is now included for First Class Package International Service, and Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope and Small Flat Rate Box shipments going to the following countries: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland.
First-Class regular international mail does not have tracking. USPS offers tracking/delivery confirmation only on Priority Mail or Global Express.
You are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. I indicate the actual price paid for the items in the customs form and will not mark packages as a gift. I do not make a profit from shipping. Your shipping cost may come out more than the actual shipping cost when you're checking out. (And if it doesn't, you won't get billed because I pay the difference.) Whether you use Paypal or Direct Checkout, you'll receive a refund on shipping overage at the time I ship your order. For example: If you paid $15 for shipping and Etsy charged me $8.88 to create a mailing label for your country, I will refund $5.12 to you (the $1 is for handling and packing supplies -- those envelopes/boxes and tapes aren't free!).
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Once I mail your items, I no longer have any control over them. International mail typically leaves the United States in 3-5 business days and arrive at their destination country in about 5 business days. The rest is up to your country's postal system. Please note that your package goes through customs and may get held up at your regional post office. As such, I cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. I have mailed items to countries like Czechoslovakia and Ireland where buyers received their orders within a week. Buyers from Australia have received their orders in as short as 8 days and as long as 6 weeks. So please take note of this. If you have not received your order in 2-3 weeks, please wait another 2-3 weeks for it to arrive, as likely it's already in your country but just stuck somewhere in your postal system. If after 6 weeks (42 days from when you placed your order) you still have not received your package, please contact me for a refund for the cost of the item(s) (shipping is NOT refundable). Depending on the item and my inventory, I can offer to send another.
***Please note: Large handmade orders may take me up to 5 days to create, package, and mail. It's because I hand cut every handmade item, so your patience is truly appreciated :o)
Digital products: These are available for immediate download after payment confirmation.
Refunds and Exchanges
For digital products: Please understand that because they are digital in nature, digital products are non-refundable/non-returnable. It isn't really possible to return a digital file. I clearly indicate in the titles and descriptions of all digital items what file types you will receive (JPG, PSD, PDF) and mention specific programs you need to have installed in order to open and use my files (e.g., PDF reader, Photoshop CS3, etc.). I will, however, work with you if you encounter issues downloading your order. Thanks for your understanding.
